Here is one of the National Flag series released by Victorinox. This one is Brazil with the flag diagonally across the lower part of the knife. This one is brand new in the box. There are about 55 different countries in this series. Each have the name of the country and the flag represented in the same way. The knife colors themselves differ. Of the ones I have seen Great Britain is blue, Spain is black, China is red, Canada is green, USA is blue and the like. These knives are mostly only available to folks in their own country at souvenir shops near main tourist stops or entrances to a country. They are Victorinox Classic models.
