This special white nylon Victorinox Classic Swiss Army knife has the logo for Globi the Parrot. He is a Swiss cartoon character developed originally in 1932 for a Swiss department store. His image and story has increased through history in many books and children's products. The images were used by Victorinox on several of their Swiss Army knives. I know of at least 2 different ones myself but there is probably more originally made. This one shows Globi on a Snowboard. The scales are white nylon with a printed on image. Over time and use the images can wear off. I have seen Globi on a Huntsman with the same white scales but on a bicycle.

I purchased this knife from an eBay auction and noted it has a strange set of tools. The knife has the regular openers and blades with both wood and metal saws, then on the bottom side it has Phillips and Fine screwdrivers, Awl and chisel. It does not correspond to any known regular Victorinox model. A short time after displaying photos of the knife to the Swiss Army forum over at Multitool.org another post was made showing the possible origins for this knife. The knife is paired with a strange looking pliers and sheath as a set where the knife sets in between the pliers handles. This is the Victorinox Swiss Cheese knife originally released in September 2010 expressly for Swiss Cheese Marketing and later for general release. It is a 111mm sized knife with a locking partially serrated main blade, a cheese blade with fork tip, a corkscrew, toothpick, and keyring. The main blade is etched on both sides. The cheese blade is very sharp and works quite well.

This one is one of the first release with the special packaging. The box is wide with a brochure that slides in and out with the blade photo that lines up with the knife handle photo on the top of the box. The scales have a special white Swiss Cross shield in the middle of the front scale and the slide switch to unlock the blade is red instead of the normal gray.
