Victorinox Vintage Fisherman - Hoffritz, older Fisherman model with a bail and Hoffritz tang stamps that indicate age between 1957-1973. I think with the awl/reamer, can opener with "PAT" and backspring phillips this one dates to the 1960's. This one has the solid rear phillips screwdriver with the file surface.

Victorinox Craftsman - Hoffritz, this is an early pre 1986 model Craftsman with the Hoffritz metal inlay and tang stamps. According to the Tang Stamps guide on SAKWiki this one dates to somewhere in between 1976-1982. It is hard to see from the photo but it has the Phillips Head screwdriver with the split end for opening metal cans. This one also has the original metal tipped tweezers.

Wenger Angler 4 Layers. This is another Wenger fishing knife with the special diamond coated ceramic file for sharpening fish hooks and other things. It also contains the modern fish tool with Hook Disgorger, Line Guide and Fish Scaler.

Vintage Victorinox Fisherman

Here is an older interesting Victorinox Fisherman model. It has the regular fish tool but also has the special scissors with the split shot crimper, remover and a metal saw. The scissors detail can be seen on one blade of the scissors that has a half moon cut out which acts as a split shot crimper while the under side of the scissors handle has a special cup area where the split shot can be opened. There is an older catalog page here that shows what it probably looked like before the repair job. Also the older fish inlay scales as seen in the catalog page is usually blue. This knife appears to have new scales and maybe newer tools too so it may have been sent in to be repaired by a previous owner.

This Wenger Bass model fishing Swiss Army knife has the fishing tool hook disgorger and scaler as the extra tool. It is an older model without the line guide. This knife also features the locking blade system. The image of the Bass is silver embossed into the plastic scale. The Wenger Trout model is nearly the same but comes with a Trout image and no locking blade.
